• Designed and implemented backup plans utilizing Veritas’ BackupExec, NetBackup and Lagato with single-tape devices and large robot driven tape arrays.
• Greatly improved the timeliness of software distribution by assisting the Tivoli administrators.
• Greatly increased Domino server up-time and user satisfaction by working closely with the Lotus Notes administrators.
• Team web site administrator, administering IIS on Windows NT 4.0.
